(DODGE CITY, Kan.) — Updated: Dodge City Police Chief Craig Mellecker says a suspect matching the description of the man wanted in robbery at the Western State Bank Tuesday has been arrested.
Chief Mellecker says the suspect was taken into custody without incident in Wichita Wednesday morning.

The Dodge City Police Department and Ford County Sheriff's Department responded to an armed robbery late Tuesday afternoon.
Surveillance images show a black man holding a gun and demanding cash at the Western State Bank located at 2121 N. 14th in Dodge City.
The suspect is in his 20's, 5'9" and 180 pounds. He was seen wearing a blue hooded sweat shirt, blue jeans and a black hat with "Great Western" on the front.
The suspect left with an undisclosed amount of cash in a small silver vehicle, possibly a Honda Accord.
The suspect is considered armed and dangerous. Officers are asking people with information to call 911 or 620-225-8126.
