(HUTCHINSON, Kan.) — Hutchinson police say they now know who hit a pedestrian with a motorcycle over the weekend. A 41-year-old from Hutchinson was involved with the crash.
The accident happened Saturday May 12th in the 1900 block of north Main. 26-year-old Jeffrey Nusser was crossing the street when he was struck by a motorcycle.
The motorcycle driver left the scene and Nusser was taken to the hospital with critical injuries. His right leg was amputated below the knee.
Hutchinson police say no citations have been isssued in this case. The accident is still under investiagtion.
