May 23, 2012|by Kim Hynes | KWCH 12 Eyewitness News

(WICHITA, Kan.) — A Wichita man refuses to buy what he called bad marijuana and ends up getting shot.  Police say a 24-year-old man went to purchase marijuana from two men.

Once he was there, police say he claimed the marijuana was poor quality.  That's when police say the two men shot the 24-year-old on his back and thigh.  They then left the scene in a black car.

The victim went to the hospital where he was treated and released.  No arrests have been made.
