(WICHITA, Kan.) — Wichita police are looking for a 27 year old man accused of pouring a bottle of bleach on his ex-girlfriend. It happened in the 1700 block of E. Milliair late Tuesday.
Police say the couple has a history of domestic violence and the victim had a protection from abuse order against the man.
Police tell us the man showed up where the woman was staying and started causing trouble.
"He broke in, and when he got in he took a bottle of bleach and poured it on her," Said Lt. Doug Nolte of the Wichita Police Dept. "He then went into a bedroom and began to destroy several items in there."
Three children, ages six, nine and eleven, were in the home at the time. They were not hurt. The woman didn't suffer serious injuries from the bleach.
