Woman killed in crash in Kingman County

(CUNNINGHAM, Kan.) — A Medicine Lodge woman dies in an early morning crash in Kingman County.

The accident happened around 2:50 Friday morning on U.S. 54 at the Cunningham exit. The Kansas Highway Patrol says 35-year-old Jami Danielle Romine was driving west when she left the roadway and lost control of her truck, causing it to roll.

Romine was taken to a Kingman hospital where she died. A man riding with her was injured. Investigators say neither were wearing a seat belt.
