Wichita police have arrested a 21-year-old man in connection with the shooting death of a 34-year-old man this week.
Police say Ronald Wilson was in his apartment with three friends when one of them pulled out a gun and shot him.
The three took off, but one of them later called police. He made up a kidnapping story, but police say they got him to tell them what really happened. The caller was not the shooter in the case.
