Widely scattered storms will continue over parts of Kansas Tuesday afternoon and potentially spill over into Wednesday morning for some. Severe weather is not expected and the showers and storms will not be widespread so most of us will probably miss out on any significant moisture.
Look for more heat Tuesday afternoon with highs ranging from the lower-90s over northern Kansas to around 100 across the south under a mostly cloudy sky with light winds.
Temperatures are expected to drop-off a few degrees Wednesday despite decreasing clouds.
Another potential weather-maker could bring more showers and storms to Kansas this weekend.
