A man is killed in an early morning accident in Marion County. The Kansas Highway Patrol says that 22-year-old Zachariah Antoszyk of Marion was going southbound on Highway U56 south of Herington when he crashed in an attached trailer on another vehicle. The driver of the other vehicle was not hurt. Authorities say the driver had gone into the ditch. When he brought the vehicle back onto the road, Antoszyk crashed into it.

One person has died and a second was critically injured in a motor vehicle accident north of Arkansas City, Kansas Monday afternoon, according to radio traffic from the scene. The accident occurred on U.S. 77 highway and has led to the closure of the northbound lanes, according to preliminary reports. Information courtesy Newscow.

A 19-year-old male and a 20-year-old female are dead after a rollover accident 12 miles southwest of Pratt. Pratt County Sheriff's Office and Pratt County Emergency Medical Services were dispatched to the accident at approximately 7:36 a.m. today. The vehicle left the roadway and rolled several times, ejecting the male. The female remained inside the vehicle. Both were pronounced dead at the scene by Pratt County Emergency Services. The accident occurred near southwest 50th Avenue and southwest 70th Street.

A north-central Kansas man dies after his riding lawn mower rolls over the weekend. The accident happened Saturday afternoon around 1:30 in rural Concordia. Our news partners at The Salina Journal report that 63-year-old Bob Johnson was mowing on a steep slope in the 1600 block of 160th Rd. The Journal reports that Johnson's mower tipped over and rolled, pinning Johnson underneath. Passing drivers saw what happened and stopped to help. The drivers called 911 and were able to get the mower off of Johnson.

A Belle Plaine woman is killed after an overnight accident in Kingman County. It happened on US 54 near the town of Kingman around 3am Sunday morning. Authorities say 30-year-old Jennifer Reiling was driving eastbound when she went left of the center lane. She crashed head on into an oncoming vehicle. Reiling was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the other car was taken to a Wichita hospital. Another car also struck one of the vehicles. The driver of that vehicle was taken to the Kingman County hospital.

All lanes on Kellogg are reopened. Traffic westbound at Meridian was closed for a couple of hours due to an overturned semi near West Street according to police. The accident happened just before four o'clock. No one was seriously hurt, but the accident caused major traffic delays. Investigators have not said if weather was a factor in the crash.

An accident at 83rd Street South and Hillside in Sedgwick County leaves one person in critical condition. Police authorities say the 60 year-old driver had a medical emergency and that led to the crash Tuesday afternoon. Paramedics took him to St. Joseph Hospital. His name has not been released.
