If you need help eating healthy food- you can get your friends involved. There's a new app that allows you to photo-document what you eat--you rate it from fit to fat..and then share with your friends for their feedback. The developer says the Fit or Fat app provides you with an overall view of your habits, it collects your data and puts it into charts and graphs, to let you see what you're really eating and when you're most likely to give in to temptation. Cooking up BBQ is how Brian Choy makes his living at When Pigs Fly. "I've always been passionate about providing food for people," he said. So when he heard about the devastating tornado in Joplin, he had an idea. "I thought well we have a trailer, we could cook food and take it down there. Before I knew it, we were going," Choy said. Before he could leave, he cooked one thousand hot dogs expecting to feed the masses in Missouri. "They probably don't have a hot meal, you know what I mean and that's something we can provide to them," he said. He's not the only one wanting to provide. When his vendors got word about what he was doing, they donated buns and chips. Then customers started showing up with cases of water, hand wipes and diapers. "It's been fantastic, the outpouring of help," he said.

Here’s the catch: you can have any type of food on the diet however you have to manage your calories. For somebody like myself I should take in 2500 calories on an average day. On the “junk food diet” I was only allowed approximately 1250 calories a day. I think the easiest meal of the day for me was breakfast; it usually consisted of chocolate milk and a brownie or cookie.
