More people are grilling with gas these days. Consumer Reports tested more than 100 gas grills costing from less than $200 to more than $2,000. Some grills do more than the basics, including one with a rotisserie that also has a side burner, perfect for keeping a pot boiling. And you'll find an oven in one Kenmore grill! Consumer Reports was able to bake a pretty good cake in the oven, though the bottom was darker than one baked in a regular oven. Things can heat up in Consumer Reports labs.

(WICHITA, Kan.) Drivers in Wichita haven't seen the price of gas this low for some time.   The price dipped to $3.63 a gallon for regular unleaded this week. That's 26-cents cheaper than a week ago. When you add it up, that amounts to over five bucks a fill up if you have a 20 gallon tank. But if you now think that because gas is more affordable you should start driving more, think again. The government says the very reason the price has dropped is because we're all driving less.

Gas prices in Wichita hit their highest price since July of 2008, when the city set a record. Tuesday morning, the price of regular unleaded jumped 10 cents at most stations around Wichita to $3.89 a gallon. Jim Hanni with AAA Kansas says the last time Wichita saw an average price of $3.89 a gallon was July 5, 2008. Wichita's record is $3.90, set July 15, 2008. Hanni says the spike in gas prices is mostly driven by extensive refinery maintenance across the midwest. The large BP Whiting, Indiana, refinery and ExxonMobil refinery in Joliet, Illinois, have been down for maintenance.

A car crash leads to a large gas leak in Hays Tuesday evening. Shortly before 10:30, emergency crews were called to the 1600 block of E. 22nd St. They found a vehicle that had crashed into a large commercial gas meter. The meter serve Roosevelt elementary School. No one in the car was hurt, and they were able to get out of the car before crews arrived. Due to where the car crashed, firefighters could not control the gas leak using their standard procedures. Investigators say, since it was leaking in a large, open area, there was minimal threat to surrounding buildings.
