Update: District Attorney Marc Bennett says no charges will be filed against a former Wichita State basketball player accused of rape. The DA's office says it made the decision after reviewing the facts of the case, applicable laws and discussing the matter with the reporting party and her family. The DA says, like any case, if additional information comes to light, the case could be reconsidered in the future. The case stems from a report last month that a 20-year-old woman woke up during a sexual assault at another player's house.
